WHAT PATH MINDER
COLLECTS AND WHY.
NO ACCOUNT, NO SIGN-IN, NO PLAYER PROFILE
Path Minder does not ask you to create an account. There is no username system, no profile dashboard, and no cloud identity managed by us. You can install the app and play immediately.
WHAT THE APP STORES ON YOUR DEVICE
The app stores gameplay data locally using on-device storage. That includes unlocked levels, completed levels, best scores, streak values, gem balance, sound and haptic settings, tutorial status, resume state, and saved level variants. This is used so the game can remember your progress and settings between sessions.
OFFLINE PLAY
Path Minder is designed to work offline. Core gameplay, local progress, saved settings, and unlocked content do not require an active internet connection. If you never make a purchase, you can still play the free portion of the game without being online.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Optional purchases such as the full game unlock and gem packs are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We receive the minimum purchase state needed to unlock content or add purchased gems. Path Minder does not receive or store your payment card details.
WHAT PATH MINDER DOES NOT DO
- No third-party ads.
- No analytics account required to play.
- No sale of personal information.
- No contact list, photo library, microphone, or location access for gameplay.
BACKUPS AND APPLE SERVICES
If your device backs up app data through Apple services, local game data may be included in that backup under Apple's systems and policies. That backup behavior is controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by a Path Minder account service.
CHILDREN AND GENERAL AUDIENCE USE
Path Minder is a general audience puzzle game. If you believe personal information has been provided to us directly in error, contact us and we will address the request based on what we can actually access. In normal use, the app is designed to avoid collecting direct personal information from players.

Path Minder is built to keep things simple: the game runs offline, stores progress on your device, and uses Apple for payments. That protects you because there is no Path Minder account database holding your game identity, no ad network profiling your play, and no subscription system quietly renewing in the background.
